Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeepSuper, an AI-agent workspace platform operated by DeepSuper ("DeepSuper", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
DeepSuper provides a multi-tenant workspace where you and your team configure and run AI agents to perform tasks you assign them. Agents act on your explicit instructions, using credentials you connect via our Connections vault, and produce outputs visible inside your workspace.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for the conduct of users they invite to their workspace.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Send unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam).
- Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except where expressly permitted by law.
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence.
- Train or develop a competing AI service using our model outputs.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these rules.
5. Your Content and License
You retain all rights to the data, files, messages, and other content you upload to or generate within the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except as required for legal compliance or short-term backups.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, Stripe, Slack, GitHub, etc.) using credentials you authorize. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are presented at the time of purchase. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with at least 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
8. Beta Features
We may offer features labeled "Beta," "Preview," or similar. These are provided AS-IS, may change without notice, and may be discontinued. Beta features are not part of the warranties and SLAs that apply to generally-available features.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the in-app settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if (a) you materially breach these Terms, (b) we are legally required to, or (c) we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will retain or delete Your Content per our Privacy Policy.
